How long will it take to deliver in order after it it is
placed on your website?
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and
safely delivered.
Orders placed after business hours will begin processing by 8am the following
business day. Orders placed during business hours will begin processing
within 2 hours. If you require immediate service, please phone our shop
during business hours.
What is your delivery area?
Products on our website are intended to ship in the Greater
Binghamton Area. (Endicott, Endwell, Johnson City, City of Binghamton, Town of
Binghamton, Vestal, Apalachin, Owego, & Campville.)
We reserve the right to modify this delivery area at any
time. Depending on our daily volume, availability, and/or staffing we may be
able to make exceptions for deliveries outside of this area. Please phone our
shop for specific requests.
What are the fees associated with delivering my order?
In addition to the sales price of our arrangements, a flat
$7.95 delivery fee and 8% New York State sales tax is added to each order.
What if I want flowers delivered outside of your normal
delivery area?
As an FTD Florist, we can have flowers shipped products
anywhere in the United States. Please phone our shop for more information
about the many options which exist.
Do you create other arrangements not shown on your website?
Absolutely! Our website is a very small representation of
our arrangements and the endless possibilities which exist in creating a unique
arrangement for you. Please phone our shop during normal business hours for
custom orders and/or arrangements.
For weddings, we're just a phone our shop to make an
appointment to meet one-on-one with a member of our experience design team.
What should I do if I want a large order or something unique
created?

What if I have a problem with my order?
We are proud to provide exceptional customer service and the
freshest product available for each and every order. We offer a 24 hour
unconditional guarantee on all orders. Should you have any concerns or issues
with your order, we urge you to phone our shop immediately and speak with a
member of our team.
